Weekly reminder

Good morning saints! These are your reminders for the week:

• We are praying together as a church tonight 10/01 at 7:00pm at Breakthrough Church. Come and join us as we pray and worship our Holy God.
• The Love INC Furniture ministry is in need of dressers for homes. If you have one or know of someone who has one that they longer are using, please let Sherry know.
• Also, the food pantries are low and are still in need of many items including canned goods. The complete list is on the Love INC board at the church. Please bring any non perishable foods on Sunday and we will have those delivered to Love INC.
• If you have any church or community events that you'd like to share, please forward to hisfavoris4life@gmail.com and we will share with all.

Weekly Announcements

I hope everyone is enjoying the rest of our sunshine and experiencing the life and power of God. We have more and more opportunity to draw deeper upon His Spirit and grace so be sure to take those moments and run with them!

Here are some announcements for this week.

• Be a part of prayer time tomorrow night at 7 PM. It's always an awesome time in His presence!
• Thanks to everyone who was able to help the Hohenthaners at their home on Sunday. I know it was a blessing. If you weren't able to help, but still want to get over there, there is plenty more to do! They need more help so just offer up a time and I know they would be blessed by your help.
• Juneau is celebrating and inviting us all to come out and play. Across the city, there are activities, games, and fun. Check out the Juneau Day of Play Pass and get all the information. Should be a blast!
• Thanks for everyone who has been bringing non-perishable food for our Love INC donations. There will be more immediate needs posted on the bulletin board this Sunday. Thank you for being faithful in loving Juneau.
• We still have a need for Nursery volunteers and you can sign-up with the sheet on the bulletin board or contact Andrea.
• For those interested, there is a free cholesterol screening (make sure you fast the morning of) through Bartlett Hospital Health Screening - 10-2pm on Saturday
• And make sure you come expecting on Sunday morning at 10:30 AM! God is doing something powerful in our midst so bring someone along and we can celebrate God's greatness together.

Your help is needed

Some of you may have already gotten this notice, so please forgive us for your seeing it again. We wanted to be sure that everyone had a chance to be informed.

Andrew & Shelly are in the process of getting things together to put their home on the market for sale. There's LOTS to be done inside and outside the home in preparation.

On this Sunday, Sept 19th at 1:30pm you are invited to meet at their home to assist them in getting closer to their goal. They will have a BBQ lunch ready for those who will come to help them out.

If you are willing to give a hand for a couple hours or more, please contact Bethany at 209-7760 as she is helping to coordinate the work team & tasks that need to be done.

God bless you richly for sowing into these lives & this family in this manner. See you soon and remember to call Bethany if you can come, so they'll know how to proceed.

Reminder of Special Services

This is your reminder of our special services on Wednesday & Thursday evenings - Sept 15 & 16 at 7:00pm at Breakthrough Church. Our guest speakers are Bernhard & Karin Koch who pastors Jesus! Gemeinde in Rintein, Germany. You don't want to miss this powerful ministry team so come expecting! Childcare is provided.

Also, if you have not had a chance to make a donation to the LOVE INC food pantry, you still have a chance to do so. Bring your food donations on Wednesday night & we will have those delivered to LOVE INC on Thursday. Thank you for giving to the Lord.

See you tomorrow night and remember to keep standing and believing not on what is going on in the natural, but in what He has shown you in the Spirit. See you soon!

Good morning to all of you! This week's announcements are as follows:

• Weekly Prayer - Tonight at 7pm at the church. Join us as we pray & seek God's face for wisdom and direction.
• Monthly potluck breakfast fellowship - Sunday morning 9:30am. We will also celebrate September special days. Please contact Jeannita or Susan with what you will bring or for more details.
• Help feed the hungry -A basket is available at the church for donations for the LOVE INC food bank. They are extremely low and are in need of macaroni, soups, jams, rice, broth, pancake mix. We will collect donations through this Sunday. Thank you for giving to those in need in our community.
• Mark your calendars - Next Wednesday & Thursday evening, September 15 and 16 at 7pm - Special services with Bernhard and Karin Koch, pastors of Jesus! Germeinde in Rintein, Germany. You do not want to miss this powerful ministry team. Come expecting! Childcare is provided. Invite someone to come be blessed.
• Photos needed- We're looking to fill the bulletin boards in the back of the church and we need your help. If you have photos of yourself working in the community in some capacity, please bring them to church on tomorrow night for prayer or send them to Pastor Jason at info@breakthroughalaska.com.

Good morning and Happy September 2nd! Here's our updates for the week:

• Tonight, Thursday 9/2 at Breakthrough Church - Prayer at 7:00pm
• First Sunday Potluck Breakfast Fellowship postponed til next Sunday, 9/12. See Jeannita or Susan with what you will bring or how you can help prepare.
• Love INC's Food Pantry is acutely low. The immediate & specific food needs are rice, soups-tomato, cream of mushroom & cream of chicken, chicken broth, small boxes of pancake mix, jam or jelly and macaroni. If you can help provide any of these, please bring to church on Sunday morning or Thursday night prayer and we will get those to the food bank asap.
• Kayleigh, our newest college student is settling in. Thank you for your continued prayers as she makes this transition. Kayleigh would love to hear from us from time to time. Her email address is keywiigirl@gmail.com
• Looking further: Nov 4-6 - ICLC (Intl Christian Leadership Connections) in Shawnee, OK. Please see Pastor Jason is you are interested in going.
